  • How to apply for admission individual Program/ Discipline: A fresh registration is required for each Program/ Discipline, for which, an applicant would like to apply. Applicant must fill all required information and upload documents, if any, sought in application. An application will be considered complete only after making it final by clicking on button "Finalize Application". Kindly follow steps as given below:
    1. New Registration
    2. Candidate Login.
    3. Personal Information.
    4. Educational Qualifications Details.
    5. Work Experience Details.
    6. Document Upload.
    7. Other Information.
    8. Preview Application
    9. Finalize Application.
    10. Payment of Application Fee if Applicable.

    11. Add Payment Details
      This step should be done after the generation of SBI Collect DU reference number. Applicant has to add the DU reference number to his/ her application.

    1. General/OBC-NCL/EWS Candidates - Rs. 200/-.
    2. SC/ST/PWD/FEMALE candidates - Rs. 100/-.
    3. Application fee shall be paid through SBI Collect which is non-refundable. The fee can be paid by accessing the relevant page on following path:
      • Select Category:→ Educational Institutions
        • Search for Educational Institutions:→ IIT BHILAI
          • Payment Category:→ MTech Admission Fee 2023-24 (choose your appropriate category)
    4. The Application fee shall be payable through Online Mode only. The entry of the same after making payment shall be mentioned on online prescribed form.
    5. Candidates who are applying for more than one Program/ Discipline need to pay application fee for each Program/ Discipline separately.
  • Finalization of application is mandatory. If not finalized, the application will not be considered. Editing/modification/addition is not possible after finalization of the application form. Hence, candidate should verify details before finalizing the application form.
