"Yoga is not just about exercise; it is a way to discover the sense of oneness between yourself, the world and nature."

Indian Institute of Technology Bhilai celebrated the 6th International Yoga Day at the institute on June 21, 2020. Keeping in mind this year’s theme – Yoga from home – minimal physical participation was solicited at the institute. The rest of the employees of the institute attended the Yoga Day Celebrations through a live Webex (online) session.

The day began with an address by Prof Rajat Moona, Director of IIT Bhilai, and was followed by Yoga sessions by Mr. Vikas Taywade, Yoga instructor at IIT Bhilai. The participants joined in the prayer, Sukshma Vyayam, Surya Namaskar, Asanas, and Pranayama, which concluded with the Shanti Path.
